Consultation ends 16th November

Dear friends,

My project proposal, Quickdraw History Comics at Whitehall Historic House, has been shortlisted for the Sutton Neighbourhood Fund consultation 2025. The consultation is open to all public, whether you’re a resident or visitor to the borough of Sutton. Now I humbly ask for your help and just a few minutes of your time to make it possible!

My proposal is to deliver a series of historically-themed comic-style drawing workshops at Whitehall Historic House, a beautifully preserved Tudor house in Cheam. Over the course of a year, 10 full-day sessions would be provided for local schools and 10 half-day sessions for the general public.

How to express support for Quickdraw History Comics:

  1. Go to the Neighbourhood Fund page (or search Sutton Neighbourhood Fund) and start the consultation

  2. On the question asking areas you'd like to see improvement, select 'Mental health and well being of children and young people'

  3. After skipping or viewing other questions and projects, you'll arrive at 'Would you like to view projects in relation to culture, children and young people?' Select 'View'

  4. The third project in this category is Quickdraw History Comics. Select to 'support' or 'strongly support'

  5. Continue to finish and submit your response

Thank you!
