Welcoming all young monster hunters to this fun and empowering comics workshop!

We'll practice inventing and drawing monsters, thinking about things we find icky or annoying. Then we'll write short comic stories about how to defeat our monsters! All materials are provided. Parents/guardians are welcome to stay with their children and participate alongside them.

This session will include:

• A monster drawing tutorial

• Worksheets

• 'How to defeat a monster' comic strip creation

• Optional show-and-tell

Led by artist Mark Pembrey, who has been providing comic drawing clubs and workshops for schools and venues for over ten years.
