About the Event

Join our Tudor Easter eggstravaganza! At this free family drop-in, children will draw and learn about Tudor symbols, patterns, and famous portraits. After a bit of practice, they'll paint their chosen design onto a wooden egg to take home! Family participation is encouraged and parents/guardians are asked to stay with their children while they draw and craft. Local arts educator Mark Pembrey will be present throughout the session to help and chat about the Tudors and Easter traditions.

No booking required; just turn up.

This workshop is provided as part of Quickdraw History Comics, a programme of historically-themed comic drawing workshops at Whitehall Historic House, supported by the London Borough of Sutton Neighbourhood Fund. Look out for more free Quickdraw History Comics events throughout 2026.
